We are a specialty contractor in the State of Florida that uses Sage 100 Contractor. Each month we are required to report our workers compensation based on our workers compensation codes. Report 5-1-5-21 is great but it doesn't seem to be calculating the way Florida requires us to. Florida requires us to pay on straight time wages and 1/3 or 0.67 of overtime wages. Sage's report is taking Total Wages -(minus) Overtime =(equals) Subject Wages(straight time). Then, Subject wages x Rate =Total. The formula should be {Straight time wages + (Overtime wages x 0.67)}=Auditable Payroll.
This report would also be nice if it lumped each employee's payroll into one row instead of breaking it out by check.
