When closed/refused jobs are deleted at year-end, the related sub-accounts in the GL are not deleted. For all main GL accounts that are setup to "post sub-accounts by Job#" those sub-accounts for deleted jobs should also be deleted. If I delete 100 jobs at year-end, I have 400 sub-accounts to manually delete in the new year. At a minimum, create a utility to provide a main GL account and a list of sub-accounts to delete. The utility can verify there is no activity in GL for the sub-accounts before deleting.
