Issue with the new email options in 21.2. You can't send to Outlook without picking an email. Example, what if the client has a review process and the attachment is sent to a Construction Manager to review before the Supervisor sends out.

You should be able to send to outlook without entering anything, this would mimic the old version. I agree with the sentiment, but doesn't allow for the multiple scenarios that we cannot invision.

  • The new version is not picking up signatures in outlook either. It is nice to be able to select recipients but there should be a way to bypass this so every vendor/job etc does not have a list of 100 contacts. This update was shortsighted.

  • Agreed, this is a bad update, the Outlook email worked great before. This is causing an added step for every report we email. Please revert back to the previous version.

  • Agree, I had everything all set up in outlook, and with 2 clicks of a button I could send off. Now I have to manually type in all the email addresses because the ones that are save under the client profile aren't the ones that I need.

  • Agree, this is a step backward. Computer people need to consider who their customer is. Construction people are not as computer literate. Making this sort of change complicates an easy process in emailing. It increases the amount of clicks just to email a form. Not productive.

  • Agree... pls revert the email changes. The Sage Email window is not good. Alternatively, just add a button that does it the old way and let people choose which one they want to hit.

  • I understand some customers like this feature, but for those of us who don't like it, please make it OPTIONAL so we can turn it off.
