The updated outlook is annoying because you can only choose the client involved or the employee. I liked it better when you had the oppurtunity to send emails to anyone. ..

Also do not like that the fields "remember" whatever subject and content the last person emailed.

  • I fully agree.. The risks of someone receiving the incorrect content in the email message far out ways the benefits attempted to be achieved with this update.

  • This should be reversed! My PM & Supervisors are very upset about this change. Please fix it!

  • It looks like the option to pick your own e-mail address is still available if you click the generic "e-mail" icon as opposed to the "Outlook" icon. But it should be available for Outlook as well.

  • Change it BACK to how it used to work so you can choose the appropriate email(s) to send documents to. They are not limited to that vendor/subcontractor.
