If you are in Accounts Payable or Project Management and looking for a specific subcontract or change order and sort by job, it is necessary to pass hundreds of subcontracts or change orders that belong to jobs that are closed or inactive. It would be helpful if the subcontracts or change orders related to these jobs would automatically be inactivated. You should still be able to see them, as when you show inactive vendors but in normal operation, they would be hidden.
