Most of the issues regarding login, daily business happen when we get to work. Waiting until 9 a.m. EST cuts out a big chunk of our morning as we just sit and wait for customer service live chat to become available. Please consider having a team available for those of us on the East Coast who begin work early! Thank you.

AMEN!!! Maybe they need a support office in Atlanta to help those EST folks that get to work at 6-7am! :)
And on the flip side of the country, it the support hours start at 4am and end at 3pm Hawaii time.....
Yes, they must service all time zones. Most people start at 8am these days.
Support should go to at least 9 pm EST for those of us on West Coast.
