We send out RFPs to vendors and get at least 3 quotes for each major material package. We compare prices before awarding a PO to a vendor.
As an example: I would create/send out 3 different RFPs to 3 different vendors, with the same list and quantity of fixtures.
Once I get their quotes back I can update the RFP with their prices for each line item. It would be helpful if there was a way to group these together because they are all RFPs are for the same material list, and to have the system compare the RFPs and highlight the lowest price between the 3 vendors for each line item.
