When calculating union benefits, vacation time doesn't qualify for benefits. Any benefit that is hours based ($x/hr), I use calculation method #19 Per Hour (worked hours). However, some benefits are % Gross Pay of worked hours-based. There is not method available to calculate gross pay of worked hours and each payroll needs to be manually calculated and entered...it can become very time consuming.

  • Yes! We need a payroll calculation method that calculates a percentage of gross wages for regular, OT and Premium wages, but does not include vacation or holiday wages.
