Please add a field in the client record where we can enter a Credit Limit amount for that specific client.
There should also be pop-up alerts when the receivable invoices (both service receivables and contract recievables combined) reach that amount or are close (the threshold should be able to be customized).
A user should be warned before creating a new service work order, or new job for a client who has reached their credit limit, or before creating a new job with a contract amount that would cause the limit to be exceeded.
This gives better control over client accounts and ensures that we do not perform work on an account that has not been paying per the agreed terms.
