I would like to Print Cost Codes in ALPHABETICAL order OR numberical. At this time there is no way to do that.

You can do this, depending on the report (it has to be a modifiable report). To do this, find your report, click "Modify Report", go to "Edit > Grouping/Sorting", then in the left pane navigate to Accounts Payable > Cost Codes. In the right pane, double click the "Description" field and it will be added as a group to the report. Group1 has the most precedence, Group3 has the least (so if you want it to be sorted by cost code description, Group1 has to be Description).
If you are just looking to print the list of cost codes, do this with a query. Edit the query so it is sorted by Cost Code Description (if done correctly it will have a "1" in the top right corner of the box).
You can also just right click on the description tab and hit "sort by description" or do the same for the cost code tab, right click on the cost code tab and hit sort by cost code
