Track vendor certificates by job - in 3-5 Jobs adding the certificates for all trades per project is great; however, if the budget has been set up and subcontracts have been issued, shouldn't you be able to import the sub/vendor list just like you can import a budget into progress billings? This would save tons of time vs. having to re-enter every vendor and their certificate info. That's approx. 2 to 30 vendors per job (depending on the size of the project) plus entering the certificate info for each.
