When entering a new employees it should give you a pop up before saving if the employee already exist in the system. I am having problems with entering new employees and looking them up before entering and their name doesn't pop up as already being in the system. Then later on when running reports there are duplicates entries for the new employee being entered. Now I have two employee numbers that belong to one employee and can't delete the duplicate employee number because payroll has been posted to the jobs.

I have not entered any duplicates in a long time, but you used to get a warning about social security already exists - does this warning no longer apply?
