Currently, Sage does not accrue sick time for hours associated with piece work, which has created a tremendous cost for our company as we now have to front-load sick accruals at the beginning of the year as keeping track on a weekly basis of individual accruals would be impossible with 1,000 employees. this needs to be fixed. I would appreciate having this change complete by January 1st.
