I have hours that I want costed to a Job but they are Not Billable for purposes of the T&M billing. Currently, I have to enter the payroll and then remember to go the Job Costs and mark the hours as Not Billable. It would be very helpful to have the option on the 5-2-2 window to set the hours to Not Billable. This feature would need security control since not all companies would want to give this power to the individual entering the Payroll Records, but for smaller companies it would save time and reduce the risk of non-billable hours getting billed on the T&M.
