Please add a column in the grid to show line item billing percent complete, and a box in the footer area of the screen that shows total percent complete. Subcontractor who progress bill, are required to submit a schedule of values to General Contractors, just like the AIA Billings done in 3-7 Progress billings. General contractors should be able to see in the SAGE system what percentage complete the Subcontractors have billed to. Why this is not already part of the Subcontract information is a mystery. There isn't even a report that shows Subcontract line item percent complete, or even a total percent complete, which is also a mystery why this even needs to be requested....
