Fields in most form would benefit from type ahead technology.

As an example in 3-5 Jobs for the Client field if you type the Client number or a few characters and tab out of the field it might find the Client record you want. It don't type enough characters you get the first match with the characters you entered.

When you type characters into the field it should suggest the first logical match then change the match as you add characters until you get the exact match.

This would save all users a great deal of time and effort in searching Clients, Vendors and other info by number and remembering enough characters to get the right record.
