We have an extremely busy Service side to our Business. We have multiple Dispatchers and can't always complete a work order before the next customer calls in. We now have to use a different program to schedule so no one else can take that time, then go back to Sage to generate a work order when there is more time. (We don't even use the dispatch board) We would love to be able to use the dispatch board (real time) without refreshing and have it begin the work order to be completed when convenient under each dispatchers name. To go one step further, have notes for each dispatcher to help complete the work order.
