Since this site gets heavy traffic and is primarily about Sage 100 Contractor, there is another great resource now available: The Sage 100 Contractor Subreddit (https://www.reddit.com/r/Sage100Contractor).
The site can be used to discuss anything Sage 100 Contractor, but in particular I think it could be a resource for user-to-user discussions! If you have a problem and the Sage resources haven’t helped, make a post to the subreddit and see how other users have dealt with your issue.
I know the knowledgebase also provides a similar service, but the subreddit is more for user-to-user, less formal discussions. The knowledge base provides more formal instructions.

That's what Sage City is for, you just have to sign up for the right group. There is also another option called TUG: The Users Group. They are always looking for new users to join and participate
Hi Charlene, thanks for the comment.
I investigated both of those sources you provided. I think there are issues with each:
- Sage City only has a link for "Construction and Real Estate", which is largely populated by Sage 300 (Timberline) users. This makes the experience for Sage 100 Contractor users extremely undesirable.
- TUG required paid memberships. For users wanting to just connect and chat, this seems unreasonable.
Reddit is a better solution in my opinion. It shows up in Google searches well because of how many users and posts come from Reddit on a daily basis. It is also completely separate from Sage. This provides a "no filter" type atmosphere, where users can help one another without restriction. The Sage100Contractor subreddit is completely about Sage 100 Contractor. It is not convoluted with other software discussions. It's also completely free.
