Create a Custom Reports Portal website where users can upload, categorize, and describe the custom reports/forms they’ve made. Other users could then search reports and forms, and download for use. This would save both users and developers lots of time if users from other companies have made a report similar to what someone else needs.

I know that I’ve personally made at least 50 reports/forms and would be happy to share if a resource like this existed.

  • I agree as well with Ryan. I spend a lot of time creating reports that I'm sure someone else has already made and it would save me a lot of time and effort to share reports with other Sage users instead of starting from scratch every time.

  • Or just update the process. Report writer is TERRIBLY antiquated. I use a 4K monitor and have to restart my whole system to 100% (which is tiny) to display correctly

  • It is sad, when a report like the AR aging or the AP aging cannot be modified, they suck off the bat, The current aging should list the vendor and or customer name, whoever created these reports doe not know accounting and/or mgmt reporting. Also, why not allow editing of the Financial statement reports, i.e balance sheet, income statement, trial balance, since you have to save as a copy anyway ?
