Sage 100 Contractor: The ability to have the notes that are put in the notes icon on the submittal, rfi, po, change orders and subcontracts be shown in a column to the right of the date on the project work center grid.

The ability to have the notes that are entered in the notes icon on the following documents:
submittal, rfi, po, change orders and subcontracts
show in a column to the right of the date column on the project work center grid.

I use the area to track status or ball in court type information:
ex:
Issued: 3/28/2019-John Doe, AOR
Rcvd: 4/1/2019
Fwd: 4/1/2019 to sub
BD Sign: @ JD

At a glance you have no way of knowing what the status is of a submittal/PO/Contract etc. when you are in the project work center or where the item is (ball in court). You have to go into each document to see your notes.

I need a quick snap shot of where documents are.
