Bonding Report's Current Budget includes Change Orders Past Search Criteria

When running the Bonding Report by Period March, the Current Budget column takes into account approved change orders from after the March search criteria, adding change orders from April which shows an inflated Current Budget for March. Would appreciate if change order posting period would be determined when pulling this report.

  • The change order posting period does affect the bonding report. Please double check the period those change orders are posted to. If dated in April and posted to March, change the status back to open. Save the record. The change the status back to approved, and make sure the accounting period is April
