Since the upgrade to version 21 my closed jobs will not fall off report 3-1-1-21 job status 6 when I close my fiscal year end and archive. I am going on 6 pages now. Please help!!!

You are only doing a Payroll archive, not a full archive. The SQL version allows you to keep multiple years accessible. You could make the jobs 'Inactive' then add a selection to exclude 'Inactive' jobs.
