The 6-6-1 Screen has a handy feature that updates default cost or vendor price or both from the PO lines. However, users must go to options -> Update Part Prices from PO. This is out of the way enough that people forget it is even a feature. It would be handy to have this be automatic when users save. With the way the system is now, our parts database has out-of-date pricing, even for frequently used items.

It would work like how users can select "Close Automatically When All Quantities Are Zero"; there is an option, but the option stays "checked". If users chose "Update Part Prices From PO", it would stay checked. From there, when a user saves with this option enabled, a box would pop up that stated "Update Part Prices From PO?", and the user could select yes/no with every save. This would make it convenient for the user to update part prices, but also provide them with the flexibility to not update part prices in the odd time when it was unnecessary to do so.
