Enter subcontracts based on unit price and not lump sum only. Unitary proposals and unitary billing are already options why wouldn't unitary subcontracts be? If the subcontractor only performs 2 units out of 30 then I have to do extra work to look up the original quote price instead of simply filling in 2 units in a quantity column.
