We're always getting asked, "is this a good paying customer?", "are we being the bank for this customer?"
We would need a report that tells us the average days it takes to collect from a customer in total or by job (sometimes there's a different team handling the processing).
The sooner the better!

Our previous software did this and it was extremely helpful !
Both for completing credit applications and for knowing when to decline a work order because the client was a repeated slow pay.
This would so help our cash flow forecasting. Now we have to export to excel and calculate this per customer. Very time consuming. This key performance indicator is a popular one that many people require.
Need this repot. Our previous program did this report and my boss says for the amount of money we have paid out to upgrade to Sage it should be able to produce this report. NEED ASAP
