Would like ability to import / update a CSV of drivers licenses and expiration dates for 100+ employees at a time.

• As this is likely a one off thing (you aren't going to be mass importing licenses on a regular basis), why don't you contact your business partner? They can use MSSQL Server Management Studio to create new license records from a text or CSV file, or else you can learn to do it on your own. Be sure to backup everything before attempting.
  
  I don't think this makes sense to have as an improvement idea, as there is already a workaround for this and it is an extremely unique scenario.
