On many screens there are tabs, usually divided into some kind of logical category. For example, the 5-2-1 Employees screen has "General Information", "Human Resources", "Compensation", "Direct Deposit", "Calculations", and "Additional Contacts". These categories are divided up really well. It would be great if these categories could be subject to security. That way, when a company wants a particular user to have access to "General Information", but not "Compensation" or "Direct Deposit" information, it could be set up very easily.

As it is right now, admin staff must be very thorough with field level security in order to pull off these kinds of access permissions.
