The knowledgebase search function is pretty bad. In particular, if you search on Sage 2019 and the particular article you are looking for was written for Sage 2017 it won't come up, even if it is still valid and exactly matches the search terms. A database company ought to have a dececnt search function for their help documents!

  • The whole knowledgebase needs to be organized like the software, in menu order, with look up by screen code, i.e. for a payroll compute issue, search for 5-2-3

  • I've wasted so much time looking for info before I realize the version is outdated even though I specified it in the search.
