Sage 100 Contractor: Daily Job Reports - 5-5-2-21 - are only availble BEFORE you create timecards. This should be availble all the time

I am not able to print 5-5-2-21 report once I have changed the daily payroll entry to timecards.
This report should be available no matter what.
