Right now it only sorts one way - oldest on top. When I have clients with a lot of history I have to scroll all the way to the bottom to see the most recent or to know what the next location number is. Needs to not only be able to sort with newest on top, but have "save grid" option so that every time you open that window it is already sorted the way you need it.
