4-7-4-Recurring Payments currently don't show up in the 4-4 Vendor "All Payments" window and need to as it's making a payment! :)

This seems so simple and absolutely necessary to me! If there is a vendor listed it should be connected to that vendor, fair and square!
4-7-4 is recurring charges. If you attach them to the vendor, they will show up in all payments once you "post" the recurring charge.
