We have in-house employees that we run through our payroll on Sage. We also use temp labor and have other employees that are run through a PEO (professional employment organization/employee leasing). Currently there is no way for me to enter a temp or PEO hour and have it T&M bill at a set hourly rate. I can only do that with in-house employees that run through my company payroll. Currently, the only way to markup temp labor/PEO employees is percentage based. With employees and temp labor paid at various rates, I need to be able to bill them out at the contract hourly rate, not a percent mark up.

Try setting up a fake employee name and adding that employee to the job cost records created by the temp agency. Then compute T&M
