It would be very helpful if there was a visible window on the Employee record, Parts record, and Equipment record that you could upload a photo of that specific employee/part/equipment for clarification.
The more employees you have, the harder it is to remember names/faces. If we could see a photo of the person every time we opened their file, this would help solidify that relationship. Currently, we attach a photo to the record, but we also attach all of our other documents for their employee record so it gets buried. It is also frustrating to have to drill down into 2 different windows just to look at a photo. (Attachments, find the file, then open the attachment itself).
The same goes for the many parts we have in inventory, and equipment. Having a photo helps us visually distinguish and remember the slight differences between parts, and equipment, etc.

We need to have an icon/thumbnail for employee photos at the 5-2-1 screen. We have so many employees we need to put a face to a name.
