The service and dispatch are backward. The dispatch board (calendar) needs to be the starting point to a work order. By adding a client to the dispatch board (calendar) the work order should be generated and numbered with notes and addresses. It should have the drop down list of active clients attached to it just like the work order does. I'm not sure how anyone actually uses it the way it is now. We don't have time to complete a full work order while the customer is on the phone due to the high volume of calls we get in our service dept. We use an online calendar now and then have to go back to Sage to enter the information. If Reservio can do it, I know Sage can make the calendar "real time" and the beginning of the work order (scheduling the appointment is the beginning after all) I know service is the least important part to the Sage corporation, but it's there and we have to use it so if it were fully updated that would be great.
