There should be an option to add in a mailing address and a physical address. All Employees should be able to see both of these addresses not just Accounts Payable. This would be an amazing feature to have. There should also be a way to add in multiple locations as some vendors have more than one location but the payments all go to the same mailing address.

That is sort of what the "remittance" table is for if you need to send payments to a different address than the physical one.
The "remit to" table is not transparent. You have to drill down to check if there is a different remit to address. And once you create a different remit to address, it automatically defaults to this address and you do not have the option to change this when a check is cut. The vendor profile should have the option to have multiple addresses and the 1099 address should be what needs to be in a separate "remit to" drill down if needed.
