Contracts are created and posted to generate an invoice. Perhaps this is a user error - but we still need a WO to satisfy the Mtc contract. We would like to be able to setup generic WO dispatch lines in the contract, that will create WO on the dispatch board under our generic scheduler entry (to be scheduled to techs). Some contracts would have 1 line, some would have 2 lines, others would have 4 lines - depending on the Mtc contract.

As the contract is posted based on billing cycle, which is ahead of the performed Mtc, we want to have WO created and put on the board under the Mtc Scheduler "employee". The dates in this case for the lines would roll based on the billing cycle setup (e.g. relative roll based on next billing cycle).
