It would be great if the Database Administration Tool could provide some sort of progress updates. Right now when I use it to create a backup, I just get a spinning circle and program seems frozen. I just have to wait an unknown length of time and hope that the system didn't just get locked up.

At a minimum it might be helpful for 2 things: 1) a timer that shows how long the current backup process has been running and 2) a note that displays how long the *last* successful backup took.

This will at least give me a clue for how much time I should allow, and that the process is running and not frozen.
