New users have an option to "Create Standard Payroll Calculations" as an easy way to get the basic payroll calculations entered. The default rate that is being imported for FUTA is incorrect. This may not be noticed causing the payroll tax accrual to be incorrect. Since this is a standard Federal rate it would be useful to have it updated to the correct rate. The correct rate is 0.6
