It would be nice to select several of the contacts and have that go to one email, instead of separate emails

I agree. Go back to the old style (or offer a choice) of being able to select multiple vendor or job contacts for a document. Example: We use 1 RFP to send to several vendors, so set up a generic vendor in order to do this. We used to be able to see all vendor emails entered in Sage. Now we can only see emails associated w/the vendor (or job) listed on the document record.
