We are a Service Company with over 50 techs and need more than the maximum of 8 "Priorities" to segregate the calls for the dispatchers. Why is there a limit on the number of Priorities that can be created?

I agree we need more than 8 priority levels - we have several types of maintenances and it would be great to be able to have them listed under its own category.
