Jobs are not really accounts receivable. We bill for a job, but the customer is the receivable.
When setting up security, it makes way more sense for the 3-5 menu to be in the project area.
Most of Project Mgt isn't locked down, and the Jobs window can't be either because all users need to be able to access it. You can leave the rest of Accts Receivable where it is, but maybe also move the Jobs list to PM.
