Add an 'EXEMPT' line on the new W4 tab in the Employee set up screen. Employees can handwrite 'Exempt' on the W4 form, but there is no where to enter it in the new W4 tab.

I called about this, right when I discovered the IRS process for Exempt. This is definitely an oversight with the new Sage form.
Just go to the compensation area of the employee and change Federal Income Tax from Yes to No.
