We would like to see a more comprehensive Project Dashboard so we don't have to run separate reports to see a summary of important parts of a single project. For example it would be helpful to have a summary of the status of submittals on a job. We would like to see on the project dashboard a current list of pending (open) requests for change orders that are open and unapproved. The Dashboard should list a summary of open unpaid progress billings, and a summary of RFI status(es),etc.
To make the project dashboard meaningful the dashboard needs to be designed to allow all this information for one single project on one screen. We should be able to choose a project from a drop down which would trigger each of these key project management bits of data in one summarized screen.

Having this in one screen will allow us as managers to quickly review all projects when we hold our weekly managers meeting.

It is very frustrating to fumble through various screens and custom reports to see each of these details when one dashboard can be created to hold it all with just a few clicks.
