Overtime pay rate should kick in automatically after certain number of hours/day/line. So if i put 10 hours on a given day, it should calculate 8h@regular pay, and 2h@OT rate. In a Canadian unionized world, overtime kicks in at different weekly total hours ranging from 40h/wk to 44h/week depending on your local union, so at the employee level i should be able to select my daily # and/or weekly # of hours for that employee before OT rate automatically kicks in.
