There needs to be a quick glance of year to date sick time used available on the Employee Record under 5-2-1 "compensation" tab that shows the Total YTD amount of sick time used. There is every other field showing except the sick time used. This is an important piece of detail left out.
I currently keep an extensive excel spreadsheet to track the sick time each individual is paid out to ensure they have not exceeded the maximum of 40 hours in one year. I understand that there is a Sick time report under 5-1-8-81, however, it would make my life and I'm sure many others doing Payroll or HR related work to have a quick glance of how much time has been used to confirm if even though an employee has accrued time (which is a rolling figure for me) has not exceeded our maximum.

I would like to see this added to the 5-2-2 entry screen.
This shows vacation available, which is very helpful.
Could add sick time available to this screen also.
Adding an "annual limit" or "not to exceed field" for annual sick time would be helpful as well. The Maximum & Annual Limit fields are for "accruals" & NYS doesn't limit how much can be accrued.
