Allow Job field to be changed when creating the new sub-PO from a Master PO. We make agreements to purchase large quantities (example 200,000 pcs) from suppliers for better pricing. Then we ship directly from the supplier to a job site each time for each job. So I want to create the Master PO for the 200,000 pcs, then create the sub-POs (just like a release from a blanket order) adding my different job number at that time.
My thought is to add a "multi-job" check box to the Master PO screen. By checking the box, Sage would run alternate code to allow entering a job number at the time of the sub-PO creating (just like when creating a new PO). If the user doesn't check the box then sub-POs are created with the same job shown in the Master PO.
This feature would allow me to easily track status of Master PO quantities To-Date within Sage.
