NYS new sick leave law does not cap the amount of sick leave that can be accrued. Please refer to the first paragraph under "Employee Rights & Protections" on their FAQ at https://www.ny.gov/sites/ny.gov/files/atoms/files/PSL_FAQ_PaidSickLeaveFAQ.pdf. However, an employer can limit how much an employee can use per year.

The 5-2-1 fields called 'maximum' and 'annual limit' address accrual limits, but not usage limits. Could you please add a field similar to "Annual Usage Limit" for sick leave?
