I need to compare by cost code for non-labor cost types - Budget vs Cost to Date vs Purchase Order = Remaining.
We do not write po's for labor so to assist in project planning, we need to strip out the labor (self-performing piece). Its difficult to see if the project budget has been bought out and planned for with the all of the necessary purchase orders. We need to be able to see how the pm's are doing their job and make sure they are following process. The current reports are too messy as the labor budget vs cost to date are in the current reports available. I have to really work the current reports to see the jobs status. If we separate out labor from the report, we could then see the budget items that will be outsourced to vendors.
I do like that we can include/exclude open co's.
