We just switched from Sage 50, and it has an option to "Display Journal Entry - Ctrl+J" at the top of pretty much every entry screen, so you can ensure that what you're entering is debiting/crediting correctly. It would create a popup with the account number and description, debits and credits columns, and the totals.
This was a super handy function that I used a lot (I'm not an accountant so I like to be sure things are doing what I want them to before I post it), I would love to see it in Sage 100 as well.
