It would be nice to see a "Service Quotes" tab at bottom of the Job (3-5) screen just like you did for the Client (3-6) screen.

This may not be the EXACT solution you are looking for, but this suggestion is to make the buttons at the bottom of screens customizable. This would allow you to change an unused button into a "Service Quotes" query, as well as solve many other product improvement ideas at the same time. Please vote for this idea (and the other ideas linked in the description) to improve the chances of a change like this getting implemented.
